Q: When will I get my order?
A: Orders placed and paid for by 12 pm will be dispatched same day. Depending on the shipping zone it will be next working day or 2 working days (for the UK).
If you place and pay for your order between 12pm and 3pm there is a high chance it will be dispatched the same day, but this is not guaranteed. During busy seasons (e.g. Christmas), we may need an extra day to dispatch.
Please note delivery is not Guaranteed next working day, due to delays from couriers which we cannot control, however we experience roughly 90% of orders delivered on time.
Q: Which courier do you use and can I track my order?
A: Our main courier is ParcelForce. In some cases, due to extraordinary circumstances (collection cancellation, other types of delays) we may use another courier. All orders placed through the website are sent via a trackable service, you can track on the courier’s website using the tracking number provided via email. If you do not have a tracking number, please let us know and we will provide you with one once the consignment has been dispatched.
Q: Do you do Saturday/Sunday, AM, PM delivery?
A: We do not offer Saturday/Sunday, AM or PM delivery at the moment. If you wish you can leave a comment with your opening times and we'll forward the information to the courier who will try to deliver during the times provided, this is not guaranteed to work.
Q: I have a faulty item, what can I do?
A: Please refer to our Returns page to see if the product qualifies for return. Easiest way is to contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with pictures attached. Please allow us 48h to reply to any return related issues.
Q: How can I pre-order a certain style?
A: We accept pre-orders in case a style has gone out of stock. Please email us with colours and quantity needed.
