moda-express.com is owned and operated by Moda Express Limited. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy page regarding how personal information provided by you is treated by moda-express.com.
We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms and conditions that apply to that order. In these terms and conditions “we”, “us”, “our” and “Moda Express” mean Moda Express Limited and “you”, “your”, “user” and “customer” mean an individual using this Website.
GENERAL
www.moda-express.com is a wholesale website open to trade only, the prices on this website are the wholesale prices and are reserved for customers who are in the trade.
All prices are wholesale prices and exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any promotional pricing or discounts apply only within the specified time period.
If we have reasonable grounds to believe you are not a trader, we reserve the right not to process your order and suspend your account. Any payment that has been made at that point will be refunded to you and you may be charged with a small transaction fee.
The minimum order value is £100 ex VAT.
REGISTRATION, ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP AND SECURITY
This website is for members only. You will be asked to register for a trade account before you can gain access to the full website and make purchases. Once you have completed and submitted the registration form, a member of our staff will verify your details and activate your account. We aim to respond to you within two working days. We reserve the right to refuse activation.
By submitting your registration form you confirm that all information provided to us are true and accurate. You agree not to create an account or get registration for anyone else without his/her permission. You also agree not to create more than one personal account and report promptly to us any unauthorized use of your account.
Each wholesale account is issued exclusively to the approved customer or business entity and is non-transferable. Account credentials, including login details, must not be shared, disclosed, or used by any other person or party.
We will not be liable for any damage or loss arising out of unauthorized account access resulting from your actions, such as not logging out of the account or sharing your account email address or password.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
All products offered on moda-express.com are subject to availability at the time of order.
We will endeavour to keep the website updated at all times, however availability may change without prior notice due to high demand, supplier delays, or inventory discrepancies. In the event that one of your orders cannot be completed because a product is out of stock we will, at our discretion,
- offer you an alternative product of equivalent value,
- adjust the order to reflect available quantities (if payment has not been made yet), or
- issue a refund or credit for the unavailable items.
Moda Express Limited shall not be held liable for any loss, cost, or inconvenience arising from stock shortages, backorders, or delays in product availability.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on the setting of your screen, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions. In the rare event that this happens, we will notify you of the mistake and you can decide if you want to proceed with the order or cancel it.
PAYMENT TERMS
Orders will be dispatched after full payment for goods, VAT and carriage has been made. We do not offer credit accounts.
We accept payment by debit or credit card, bank transfer or cash (the last option is available in person at our showroom only). If it is your first time paying by bank transfer, you will receive an email with our bank details after you placed the order.
You can pay for your order online, over the phone or in person at our showroom. Please note we do not accept Amex over the phone or in store.
For customers outside the United Kingdom, any import duties and taxes must be covered by the customer.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept any cancellations once the order has been dispatched, whether you’ve been notified or not. If you have already paid for your order and wish to cancel it, you must contact us as soon as possible. This will only be possible before your order has been handed over to our courier for delivery. If payment has been made, cancellations will incur a 5% admin fee which will be deducted from the amount refunded.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USE OF IMAGES
All intellectual and industrial property rights over the website and its content, including, by way of example, the images, sound, audio, video, designs, texts, graphics, logos, icons, colour combinations, structure, buttons, in addition to the software, commercial names, trademarks, works, illustrations, photographs and industrial drawings and any other symbols for industrial and commercial use are the property of Moda Express Limited or of third party owners of the same who have duly authorized their inclusion on the website.
The reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making part or all of the content of the website available for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, is strictly prohibited without the written authorization of Moda Express.
Users agree to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by Moda Express. Users shall refrain from deleting, altering, eluding or tampering with any protective device or security system installed on the website.
All images on the website are property of Moda Express and must not be downloaded, modified or used, for personal or commercial purposes, without written consent of Moda Express. We provide images of the products you purchased watermark free for your use on your proprietary website if you have an online shop. Moda Express does not allow its images to be used or published on Ebay and Amazon. Please let us know if you would like a copy of the images, you can do so by sending us an email at info@moda-express.com quoting your order ID.
LIABILITIES
We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Moda Express Limited does not operate or maintain any official social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, or any other social networking sites.
Any social media profile, page, or account using our company name, logo, or other identifying materials is unauthorized and not affiliated with Moda Express Limited in any manner. We accept no responsibility for any representations, communications, or transactions made through such channels.
