Returns Policy

Please read our returns policy before placing an order.

We only accept returns if the product has factory faults. We suggest customer check their order as soon as possible after receiving it as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the products are in good condition.

Products must be returned to us with their original packaging and labels. We do not accept returns of items that have been used or modified, in whole or in part.

Within 7 days of receiving your order: 

Upon receiving an application to return an item, we will contact you via email to arrange the return (either through the post or we will send a courier to collect, depending on the size and weight of the package). All requests will be processed after the faulty product has been delivered back to our warehouse and we have verified the condition of the item.

You can then choose between: a full refund of the amount which will be credited to your original method of payment, a credit note of the same value to be used on our website on a future purchase, a replacement of the product with another of the same style (subject to stock availability) or an exchange with one of similar value.

Return postage will be refunded with a credit note which will be sent via email.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

If you find a product is faulty, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account;
  2. On "My Account" tab, click on "View your order history";
  3. Select the order with the faulty product by clicking on the blue eye button next to it;
  4. On the order list click on the red arrow (Return) next to the product you wish to return;
  5. Fill out the product return form (please include as much detail as you can as that will help speed up the process);
  6. Submit.


Once we have received your application we will endeavour to reply within two working days. Please note that we may ask you to send us pictures, which will help us assess the situation.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and we will do our best to make sure you are happy with our service. Each case will be dealt with singularly.


If you believe you received the wrong item, or there has been any mistake with your order from us, please contact us by quoting your order ID.
