All orders need to be paid in full before dispatch. For postcodes in the UK mainland, we offer next working day delivery, with free delivery on orders above £350 + VAT.
We use next working day delivery service provided by the courier, but please note this is not guaranteed delivery. If your order is time sensitive, e.g for an event or weekend, please order 2-3 days in advance, in the event of a delay. We do not take responsibility for any delays that are outside our control.
Currently, around 90% of the orders are delivered on time the next working day.
Orders placed and paid for before 12 pm will be dispatched same working day Monday - Friday. Orders placed and paid for after 12 pm will be dispatched the next working day (we will do our best, but we cannot guarantee same day dispatch). Please note we do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or during holidays, orders dispatched on Friday will be for delivery Monday.

We don't have a Saturday delivery service.
Please make sure all your details, such as name, company name, address and contact number are correct when placing your order. Changes to the address after the order has been dispatched will delay the consignment and incur a fee which will be covered by the customer.
